This privacy policy explains how Rivergum Business Group (ABN 21 121 312 221) trading as Rim Fabrics collects, uses and protects personal information through rimfabrics.com and in the course of our wholesale business. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

 

We collect information you give us directly – such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and delivery address – when you request samples, open a trading account, place an order, download our catalogue, subscribe to updates, play our game or contact us.

We use your information to process and deliver orders, send samples, manage your trading account and invoices, respond to enquiries, and let you know about new ranges, clearance stock and other Rim Fabrics news.
