Shipping Policy

Rim Fabrics supplies commercial upholstery fabrics, acoustic panels and custom prints wholesale to interior designers, architects, upholsterers and furniture manufacturers across Australia and New Zealand, and ships internationally on request.

 

Stocked fabrics are normally cut and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–2 business days of a confirmed order. Rim Studio custom prints and made-to-order items are quoted with their own lead time.

 

Freight is charged per consignment and depends on the destination and the number of rolls. Contact us for a freight quote before ordering – email sales@rimfabrics.com or call 03 7047 7788. Large or multi-roll orders may be sent by pallet.

 

Orders are sent with reputable carriers and a tracking reference is supplied on request. Please check your delivery on arrival and report any transit damage or shortage to us within 14 days.

Fabric is sold by the metre with a minimum cut of 1 metre. Cut lengths are prepared to order and cannot be returned unless faulty – please check colour, pattern and quantity carefully before ordering. Whole rolls are supplied in the roll lengths available at the time of order.

 

Textiles can vary slightly in shade between dye lots. Where colour matching is critical, ask us for a current cutting before ordering and order enough for the job from a single batch.

 

Sample cuttings and hanger sets are available to designers, architects and specifiers – email sales@rimfabrics.com with the ranges and colours you need.

We welcome enquiries from New Zealand and overseas. International freight is quoted per order based on destination, weight and roll count – email sales@rimfabrics.com with the fabrics and quantities you need and we will come back to you with a freight quote and lead time.

 

Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
